Advocacy

Gayle Crabtree has worked tirelessly for the rights of victims since 1992. She intensified work in this area after becoming a survivor of sexual assault in 1995. She speaks to groups, is a published author and maintains an active speaking schedule. Gayle has also helped strengthen or develop food pantries in two states and has been active in anti-poverty work.

Gayle has appeared on panels and spoken in jails, as well as Celebrate Recovery groups, women's shelters, the Lincoln Memorial and large training events. She presented on domestic violence at the Holston Conference Domestic Violence Training and to the South Carolina United Methodist Women. Gayle is a Social Media Influencer and presented at a conference by the Tennessee Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence.
